Roaring Brook Dairy Mozzarella Cheesemaking Kit | Roaring Brook's mozzarella kit is the meanest of all the kits reviewed - and is the cheesy Scrooge to Ricki's Santa. Yes, you get a pair of gloves (making mozzarella gets hot on the hands) but only four batches of cheese... put your money elsewhere people! |

Roaring Brook Dairy Chevre Cheesemaking Kit | The Roaring Brook team find firmer footing here with a standard 8-batch offering and the addition of a mould for making the goats cheese. Much better value for money that their mozz kit above, and will make a lot of lovely Chevre - but slapped down by Ricki again... see below. |

Ricki's Goat Cheese Kit | This kit blows all the others out of the water. It comes with four moulds and two different types of culture, which means higher quality cheese. It also means you can make three types of goats cheese (take note UK's Big Cheese Making Company). It's not clear how many batches it makes, but it's at least 8. Wonderful product. |

Mad Millie Italian Cheese KitBest Quality | This one is a bit of an unsung hero. It's poor selling page on Amazon hides the fact that it's a really generous pack. Containing quality extras like calcium chloride, steriliser and a measuring pipette. Well done to you Mad Millie - this is without doubt the highest quality mozzarella kit! |
